Of course they had to find a way to force these two to work together, otherwise no romance will be able to bloom. I guess it's not going to work well at first, but then they will start to understand each other and perhaps when dancing together they will have recollection of their past-selves. Will their love be something that will be built or will it be influenced by their past lives?
"You call that love, turning Khon into a joke?" "Yes. At least people watch my Khon. Not like yours. You're dancing for empty walls." (EP 3 - Lucky & Sand)
Eternal Night Bloom | OST. The Masked Hearts (นายโขน) [Official MV]
They finally made it and got the million views on their project, but Lucky is afraid that his grandpa won't like this project because he is a Khon performer. If it was before, Sand would probably react with more anger, but this time he was caring a lot about Lucky's feelings. They are at a point where they reached an understanding and moving on in the next step in their relationship. I quite like it.
Perhaps, Lucky has just only wanted to be recognized by his grandpa and that's why he was so annoyed by Sand's actions.

This was such a cute little flirting scene. Lucky gave a snack to Sand and you could see that he was a bit shy in doing, but yet he let his heart guide him. Sand was also a little cheeky because the mikado dropped and probably broke in two parts. Sand only got the chocolate part while the non-coated part stayed on the table. He offered the chocolate part to Lucky who refused, but in the last scene you could see that he took the non-coated part and ate it. It was just a small scene, but it showed how much Lucky's view on Sand has changed.
We're finally moving in the right direction with Sand and Lucky. They are trying to end their pointless fights and trying to understand each other.
Also, they are quite likeable when they are cordial to one another. I feel like Lucky is starting to be more conscious of what he feels for Sand, deep down. This hatred they had, maybe had also another root than their different views on Khon. It seems to me that Lucky feels something for Sand. Also, Sand can't deny that he finds Lucky handsome.
It's the first time where I feel like Sand looks a lot more like Saen here in this scene. Lucky is more or less closer to Rak's personality, but Sand always felt louder and more stubborn than Saen. Now, he seems more akin to him.
It's hard to feel compassionate with Sand's plead for a different Khon because even me, I think he isn't really showing true interest for Khon or has any knowledge about the Ramakien. I could understand his want for a different more approachable artistic vision for Khon if he had shown any real interest or knowledge for it. Instead, we just see him protesting against Lucky and wanting to put his own vision. Why does he need to call it Khon? He could just call it differently and create his own club where he could create his own artistic fusion between Japanese and Thai art as he called it.
He is also pretty mean to Lucky for no real reason. I mean Lucky created a tradition Khon dance club because he wants to dance Khon, not another type of dance. He seems to like Khon dance and wants to show it. He hasn't tried to impose anything. Perhaps, Khon dance isn't popular among young people, but it doesn't mean that it has to change to appeal to them. There is a diversity of dances for a reason. Sand wanted to hurt Lucky by telling him that what is doing is useless and doesn't appeal to anyone. It's hard to like a character that is constantly dismissing others to make his own vision be accepted.
