17. What’s the best engagement/interaction/feedback you’ve received from someone who’s read your work?

i love and appreciate all (positive) forms of engagement and feedback, but when someone makes fanart of your fic? that is the BEST:

as a person with very little artistic talent, it is SO FUCKING COOL to see something you wrote brought to life visually. (i also really hope i am not forgetting any here - this is what i was able to find in my fanart tag!)

19. If you could write an ideal fic, what would it include?

it would be angsty and sexy and a little funny, with an open but hopeful ending. an idea that's been rolling around in my head for a long time is a murder mystery where archie is the deceased - because it would be a deeply personal mystery for jughead AND betty AND veronica. it would probably be set post-time jump, like his murder is the thing that draws them back to riverdale, because then there would be lots of angsty exes-to-lovers mess to explore with bughead (it's one of my absolute favorite tropes) as well as a lot to dig into with veronica. i've also thought of it as an alternative season 1, like archie is murdered while they're in high school instead of jason, but that almost feels like it would be too heavy, and you lose the personal angle for veronica.

Hi @Lucivar! Many thanks for this prompt—I used aspects of this and it ended up turning into a full story. I had way too much fun writing this one, lol.

Oh ding ding ding, you found the last of the smut. Jughead is a yikes? is essentially Betty ogling Jughead but getting interrupted by a girl trying to do her a favor and telling her he's not worth it, and then Betty goes full, well, Betty about it, which is the part I'm stuck on, actually. monkey's paw is just...yeah, that's just porn. It's Betty and Jughead agreeing to sleep with Donna and Bret (respectively) after Bret and Donna escape prosecution for Jughead's murder, but it's like in one sitting, so it's kind of an orgy, except one where there is no mixture of three or more people that want to have sex as a unit. It's very much a weird power play, and idek how in character it is, but it is fun to write, because it's Bret and Donna getting what they want kind of, but, well, very much on Betty and Jughead's terms; it's called "monkey's paw" for a reason. It's actually supposed to be in the same series as the sex tape fic(s), with the whole thing being "you can (not) get what you want".

1- I have nystagmus which basically is a vision condition in which my eyes make repetitive, uncontrolled movements. Like I can make my eyes vibrate for a period of time.

2- Once I jumped off my rooftop cus I thought I could fly and that the fall wasn’t going to do anything to me, it turns out that I dislocated my ankle and now my foot is a little twisted to the right. (I told this to @riverdalenerdlol and she said I have a deathly lifestyle)

3- I have a collection of digital ps4 (and ps5) games valued at $600 maybe a little more.

you see that reggie said, “boss, you know this isn’t the endgame”, when hiram was complaining about him letting betty search the swamp, cause it’d distract her.

because reggie KNOWS what’s hiram endgame, which can obviously just be one thing.
