for clarification, both charredutensil and luaith were on the same computer, luaith being the one to suggest nuggets in the first place and charredutensil spazzing out because she was flailing from excitement. you see, she likes chicken nuggets a lot. she would eat them all the live long day if she could.  would. fast forward to the next day

and so, at 3:26pm, myself, luaith, charredutensil and a dapptrick in tow, we began our descent into hell

i didnt really take any pictures while we ate but let me tell you it is quite the journey. we chit chatted as the boxes simply sat on our trays like lumps of horrible, horrible mistakes. i could hear the screams of another world unseen by those who were not one with the nuggets. i could not handle it and so my tally was left off at 19. my brother ended up picking up my slack and braved on the journey with the remainder of the group.

have you ever seen people slowly but surely go mad? have you ever seen people around you do something so disastrous, inflicting pain upon themselves because of a decision you have made? it's awful. it's the worst experience. at one point my friend did become one with the nugget. he stacked them, grouped them, made art with them, spoke to them. he was the nugget and the nugget was him.

he and my brother said cheers on their last nugget, him completing his 25 nuggets and box of fries while my brother ate a total of 31 nuggets and still going strong.

we cheered and applauded and finally, at 4:01 pm, our group saw the last nugget go down

i looked into the nugget abyss and it looked back

we were so done. never wanted to look at another nugget again. how can you go to war and say it hasn't changed you? we left that mcdonald's as different people that day.
