a chortle emits, ocean eyes gazing at the female before he shakes his head. why does he keep fighting whatever it was whenever he feels something? it’s a simple questions and yet the answer wasn’t complicated. he does, however, know what to say. this wouldn’t be the first time he’s questioned why he holds back, why he fights when he feels something; feelings were weaknesses, to him anyways. it makes you vulnerable and that is something he doesn’t need again. he scoffs and shrugs his shoulders nonchalantly, even if that question manages to dig deep into him like a dagger to his side.    “ why does it matter? ”    he snaps back before shooting a look towards hana. then he realizes what he said and closes his eyes before mumbling a   ‘ sorry ’   this can be one of those reasons as to why he tries to fight it every time he feels something… anything. he hates it.    “ i just do. feelings make you vulnerable, it gives a window for enemies to attack you when you least expect it. so i fight it because i don’t want to be rendered weak and useless… negativity in my mind. ”    he grins, though it’s nothing sweet before sucking a breath in through his teeth.    “ something i can do without. ”
