Hello! Its not really an ask, but a thank you :) It was a nice surprise for me finding your TOS analysis on ffnet. I had seen the show a couple of years ago. Thought it was very good, read some fanfic. I guess thats all, but Kirk Spock became a constant for me. I kept looking for more fanfics, and i always wished to see it again the show, but i had no time...excuses, excuses ;) Because when i found your analysis, i jumped into the show. You´ve made me like it more, laugh more and enjoy (p1)
And enjoy it much more. I´ve seen it in VOS (english not my first language), so this way i wasnt missing anything. You didnt continue, and i think first episodes i felt a bit more alone but sometimes i smiled trying to figure your comments. Im starting third season. I´ve just love this show. But thank you for bring me back to it. ANyway, another question. I´ve read you´ve written some books (a book?) in amazon. Do you mind to share, if its possible? Thank you!----------------------------------------This is so sweet, and it blows my mind to still get messages like this a decade after I started The Commentary. You’re lovely and your english is coming along nicely. <333
Thank you for asking about the book! It’s called Veridia, and it’s a fantasy novel that goes to some extremely dark places: A severely depressed college girl suffering from visual and auditory hallucinations falls into another realm that’s just as beautiful as it is horrific. She clashes with the realm’s creator, and once she finds out what exactly he wants, has to survive long enough to make sure he never, ever gets it.
Veridia is a book about trying to save yourself despite every urge to do the opposite.
Trigger warning for self-harm, violence, and disturbing imagery. It’s not a horror novel, but it’s the same level of explicitness.
*Grab the ebook, not the paperback. Despite dozens of hours of formatting the paperback still came out a mess. Â
