I have two questions if that is okay. I first made a line account and made my line play character (animal) and I kind of regretted it, however, at the time I didn't know how to delete it so I made another one using facebook. I heard it is easier to earn gems through the line account (with the adding and all) and wanted to switch but I have so many items that I adore on my facebook one. I was wondering if I could somehow convert facebook to a line account if that is possible?
As far as I know, you can't convert account types. (My suggestion to these asks is to possibly email support to see if they can make the switch for you, but as far as I know, once you've linked your account to something, you can't unlink/re-link it.)
I'm actually facebook-linked myself, and I don't think it's any harder to do invites than with a LINE account. You can invite any friends you have for the invite bonuses. (I have a 'fake' gaming facebook for just this sort of scenario.) If you linked to your real facebook account, you can probably still add a few random people as friends, invite them, and delete them when you're done.

My game blocked on the big white "LINE PLAY" with the green background when I opened the game. I don't know what to do... D:
This is a bit of a late response, but if your game ever crashes or freezes up, you should manually shut it down and re-open it again. How you do this depends on what phone you're using. (For example, on the iphone, you would double tap the home button, then swipe up on the LINE PLAY app to remove it from current running apps.)
If it's a persistent issue, you should email LINE PLAY support about it, as this blog can't provide you with technical support.

It depends on what kind of pictures you're talking about? Most phones have the capability to take screenshots. A lot of people do that and then upload it. Some people edit those screens afterwards. If you have LINE Camera on your phone, you can also export your avatar poses to that.
Would I lose anything if I switch from English version to Japanese (or any other language) version?
Nope, all your inventory and all that should stay the same!

Ummm if I'm not mistaken, I think this is one of those gachas you can access by changing your language to the japanese region? Something like that? If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me / give a proper answer!
