After a few weeks of coming to the tougher sunday morning training sessions the British Dragons put on, I have finally organised myself well enough to be able to join them for some post-training food. A common location for the team is Loysel’s Toy, a cafe and coffee house nearby. Edward Loysel de Santais it turns out was an engineer and inventor accredited with creating the worlds first commercial coffee machine. Check out their website for a bit more info.
It’s a quant, quiet little cafe and we all enjoyed our brunch outside in the shade. One of the items on their menu is Eggs Benedict Trio where you get ham, salmon AND bacon. Absolutely delicious! Great way to spend a Sunday morning.
