Low in spirits. Low self esteem. Every thing does not make sense. Disappointed with myself, exhausted, anxious and empty. - How's my day?
I logged out at work on time, shut down my laptop, silenced my work-related messages. Took a bath, wore my pajamas, made my hot honey lemon drink, lighted out my scented candle, turned off the lights, and massage my head with pain relief rub (lavender). And now, letting all my emotions flow with my playlist.
This is a reminder that even if you are strong, you also have your weakest days, and that is okay. You may tend to pretend that you are fine but it is okay not to be okay. Even warriors have their fair share of lost battles and weakness.
Tomorrow would be better, that's the mantra.
