Ingredients: 1 cup cauliflower florets. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Steam the cauliflower until tender. In a blender, combine the steamed cauliflower, almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Heat the sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta or use as a sauce for other dishes.
