So for the first part of my yoga workout today I followed this lovely little video. And damn was it tough. But I felt amazing afterwards. I'm going to incorporate this into my workouts at least every other day, if not every day. I definitely need to work on my arm strength a bit, I can barely do a low plank at all, I lose practically all my arm strength when I bend my arms like that. And I definitely had to drop down and do the knee variations after a bit. Anyway, this video from Sarah Beth Yoga is amazing and I recommend everyone give it a try!Â
