Fish Pose. 3 - 5 breaths.
This pose felt so awkward to get in to. My body was pretty sore today but I did feel some relief after going through days 1-5 of this challenge. I would love to work up to all of the variations of this pose one day!

Today Down Dog, Down Dog Hip Open & Wild Thing PoseÂ
Oh man. I’ve only ever tried down dog before. Soooo. I don’t know if the others are quite right., lol. They did feel really nice on my hips since they are usually one of the tightest places I have. I am definitely looking for to being able to hold the poses for a longer amount of time :)
