chris had a hard day. waking up remembering his girlfriend had left for a beach trip with her friends, not feeling well, and everything else that he felt today. it wasn’t so bad knowing she’d be back in two days, but still, it was horrible. he texted her earlier saying, "why didn’t you wake me up when you left?" and she replied with "you were so peaceful sleeping i didn’t wanna wake you" he rolled his eyes, he never understood why she always said that. he spent the whole day thinking about her and what she was doing. he decided it would be smart to surprise her with photobooth pictures. he texted his brothers asking if they wanted to do photobooth pictures with him, they were down for this plan, he packed his 'props' and headed to the photobooths. he met his brothers and told him what he was going to do with the photos. they thought it was an „okay“ idea. he took a few photos, one shirtless with a boston santa hat on, knowing she’d like that one. he gathered his stuff, paid for the pictures, with her card of course. once he headed home, he doordashed a blanket, candle, and her favorite candle from target. he was prepped for her return. two days later, she was 5 minutes from the house, chris was waiting at the door like a puppy waiting for it’s owner. her car pulled up, she got out and softly knocked on the door, he opened it like he hadn’t seen her in a year, he launched into her arms, "i missed you so much" she chuckled as he said that, "it was only two days chris", "too long" , "i have something for you though" he says with a grin, she cocks her eyebrow, "what do you mean by that" she questions, he pulls out three photos with a back that reads, "photobooth inc." , "you took photos in a photobooth?" she chuckles, "let me see em" , he pulls out one of them, saving the shirtless one for last, "cute" she smiles at the photo of him smiling, then he pulls out another one of him a little more seriously, "ooh serious“ , "shut up." then he pulls out the one he’s nervous about, but also excited about it, he shows her the shirtless one, "your so hot baby" "thank you"
..later that night..
as they laid in bed she wouldn’t stop talking about how much she loved his photos, she would try to never leave him again.
