After what had happened to the city, with those clones, Ryuji needed some time to cool off and deal with his worries alone. He would’ve gone to his friends, talk things through and eventually get over it; but this time was different. With the vague memories he had of his other self, and the time his clone had seemingly spent in this city, there was no way to dismiss that, was there? Even if it wasn’t real to him...it was real for that Ryuji. So, who was he to have taken that away from him? He hoped in that alternate world that he was doing fine. 

However, more importantly...

As of right now, Ryuji paced around Fibonacchi, uncertain of his actions but still went with his gut feelings anyway. He had to find him, wherever he was. The last time he and Atsushi talked was when they were trying to deal with their clones. Even if there were things the other may not want to talk to Ryuji about, all he knew was he had to make sure the other was okay.
