hello hi i just saw the tmr movie today and i haven't read the books before but the thomas/newt/minho relationship dynamics in it gave me a lot of feelings and so of course i had to search them up on tumblr and i really think i'm going to end up being really absorbed in tmr when i properly get into it (as in when i read the books - i just bought the first one), i'm already getting emotional over the characters just by looking at your blog and re: your ki hong lee post - same i am so proud of him

ar e you a mind reader bc i was thinkign something like that omg luke would be so enamored w/ ashton's skill like wow such nimble fingers and he'd be so gentle while he fixes luke up even tho luke's nervous system has been temporarily deactivated for the repair so he cant feel the pain but ashton touches him gently anyway n luke would want to be like ashton so he impersonates him doing eVERYTHING and ashton just laughs and calls him cute but then he ends up teaching luke many 'human' things
whta im so sad android!luke assigned to assist space trooper ashton on a mission and he's never felt anything for humans before but ?? ashotN ?? makes him feel things or like artificial intelligence (like the movie) au where luke is an android made to love and ashton's heartbroken over a lost love and he meets luke and he's like he's so reAL but he's a robot and lots of angst on both sides with luke being like "i just want to love you" and ashton being like "you're not real" :(((

like what if future!au where androids are minorities not recognized as individuals theyre just property owned by rich people and they happen to think on their own but it's not like that everywhere in the world bc in some places the androids are treated like humans & so when luke goes w/ his master to a place where androids are a little more equal he meets ashton and is awed bc ashton treats him like a person and thats?? kinda weird bc luke has never been acknowledged like that before so he comes off as shy & ashton thinks it's cute (he has some experience w/ androids *cough* its the future ok ppl have sex w/ lots of things now) anyway he makes luke want to find his own identity but at the same time luke is afraid bc he doesnt know anything other than his life of servitude so it's like ://
