A few new claiming policies
RE: RESETTING YOUR ACCOUNT
You can only reset one promotion in a 24 hour period.
You cannot reset a promotion if the concert you claimed tickets for starts within 24 hours.
You will not be able to claim these tickets again once your account has been reset.
Your account is not automatically reset if you do not respond to our confirmation email within 4 hours. You still need to click the RESET link in your confirmation email in order to reset your account.
We’ve enacted these new policies to allow more users to claim tickets with the full intention of going to the show. These new policies also prevent users from arbitrarily claiming tickets with no regard of ever going to the show. This way users are more serious about their intentions while giving the greater Loudie community an equal opportunity of obtaining free tickets.
Lastly, some promotions now have a longer waiting period to claim than others. It all depends on the popularity of the show giveaway and when you last claimed freebies. For example, one giveaway may have a 20 day waiting period from when you last claimed freebies while another giveaway may only have a 3 day waiting period from when you last claimed freebies. Waiting periods range from 0-30 days. We do this to keep it fair for all users.
