NEEDLE & THREAD were typically things he kept on his person to repair clothing. granted it wasn’t a FINE skill he possessed, but he managed well enough. though there were instances when this particular skillset was put to other uses. the hinterlands was near free of lingering rifts, but there was still much of it left in disarray. he had been assigned to assist in redcliffe for a while, and after taking care of some bandits in the hills he’d been passing through the crossroads and happened to pick up a discarded toy.
a little RAGDOLL, her arm had been torn, and for whatever reason he decided to stitch it. apparently his healing skills spread rapidly, because he had barely finished the doll when a young boy shyly approached him and asked him to fix his bear. ❝ do you know who this belongs to? ❞ he held up the doll, the boy shook his head. ❝ Mm, okay, let’s see what we have here. ❞ SOMEONE would likely be missing the doll, and if not there were any number of refugees that could use a small comfort. until such a time he was set upon his new task, seated on the back of a wagon and mending a teddy bear.
