DGMN: Panini Zone redraw by BlueIke
Digimon's kind of unique in that that it briefly had a couple of comic series outside of Japan: one being a short lived Dark Horse Comics adaption that lasted until the beginning of the Adventure Devimon arc and a separate series of "Panini" comics in the UK that stretched as far as Tamers. Chris McFeely even contributed a story about Ryo back in the day. Besides adaptions of existing stories from the anime, the Panini comics were neat in that they published original Digimon material from time to time. I'm vaguely aware of an original Yamaki centric story from the Panini comics that attempted to explore the character a bit more. There were also a few original 02 stories, one of which involved the Digimon Emperor working with Arukenimon funny enough.
At any rate, @airdramon had been posting some pages from the comics, and the artwork's... a bit dubious to say the least. So I thought about taking a crack at redrawing a few scenes, and I always wanted an excuse to try those screenshot redraw things.
I'm not sure of the original context of this haunted forest scene, but one thing I thought would be fun to spruce it up was to replace the generic haunted trees with the creepy looking Digimon World version of Cherrymon.
