Hey Lost in space (2018) fans, I wanna know what your favorite ships are from the show! It’s mostly a little poll because I wanna write more fanfic and I wanna see what people want! Our fandom is so small so I thought why not tip my hat in more.
I’ll go first! My favorites are Penny x Vijay, Robot x Scarecrow, and last but not least Judy x Don.
I know Judy and Don are very like everyone loves them. But they’re cute. I was sad to see however that there wasn’t more for Penny and Vijay. I understand they broke up and they’re friends. But I feel there’s more there. When they become better friends they may realize something is still there. Anywaaysss what do y’all think? Let me know!

Look I absolutely love this show. I don’t think I’ve been as obsessed with a form of media since way before quarantine even started. Like this has been something that has helped me a lottttt. So I figured Id sit down and give you guys a little bit of my likes and dislikes! As well as show off some of the gorgeous pictures from it!
Some good things!
-Â Coming from someone whos family is a military family and my parents have split due to the problems that come up, I can without a doubt say that the family dynamic is very realistic.
- Siblings act like siblings! From the bossy older sister who feels like shes always in charge when parents arent around, the middle child who just wants to be appreciated and seen while trying to also be adventurous, to the baby of the family who could “do no wrong”
- Characters have personalities! They have likes, dislikes, each one having their own struggles and character development!Â
- The SCENARY!!!! GOD ITS FUCKING BEAUTIFULÂ
- Yes its sci-fi, but a lot of the things that happen feel extremely relatable. I know I mentioned this in the family aspect but even outside of the family aspect too.Â
- Sarcastic side characters.
- DIVERSITY.
- LEMME SAY IT AGAIN. DIVERSITY
- DIVERSITY WITH IMPORTANT JOBS!
- Interesting Alien concepts
- For me personally I enjoy the realistic sorta science behind it all. Like it feels like this show could potentially be something plausible. It’s probably no where close to genuine science, but like it wraps you up into it and feels as if it is.Â
- THE COSTUMESÂ

Some things I didn’t particularly enjoy.
- The overbearing mom who is always right. Dont get me wrong, she does learn and sort of grow from this after she realizes shes not alone in this entire situation and what not. But it does sorta feel like pulling teeth sometimes just because I’ve lived with the type.
- Dr. Smith, dont get me wrong I enjoy some moments of hers because they add flair and what not but she pushes my buttons. But I suppose she pushes my buttons in a good way? Like she keeps the story interesting.Â
- The title is lost in space, so obviously the main plot is them being lost. but I wish we got more input on like how they survive instead of them just constantly moving on and getting out of trouble.Â
Personally all the little things that I see wrong, arent horrid things. Theyre things that were worked out in plot and or continuing to grow on. I could continue to pick it apart and try and find more but really I cant.Â
Anyways! If you enjoy shows like the 100, startrek, or well just a really good scifi show then I suggest Lost in Space (2018)
