I'm fine don't worry about me.
I'm recovering.
I haven't cut.
I promise I'm okay.
I don't want to die anymore.

Being an (L)GBT teen
Being lesbian definitely doesn't make things easier, it honestly makes things harder. So if you are thinking that it's not, listen up. Here's the things I have come up with that us, as LGBT teens have to deal with..
-Figuring out and discovering your sexuality and gender (who knew it would be so hard.?)
-Dealing with homophobic/transphobic people
-Dealing with those, "It's just a phase" comments. (It is NOT a phase, ok?)
-Having unaccepting family/friends
-Having people out you without your permission (my mom did and I was so pissed)
-When people assume you are straight (So annoying, right?)
-When people say that, "But they have a (insert body part here), so they must be a (biological sex) ." (NO. If he/she/it/they says they are a girl/boy/otherwise, then that's what they are, dammit.)
-Having same-sex crushes on your friends (soo hard)
-Dealing with bullies
-Suicidal Thoughts/Self Harm/Depression
-Figuring out when you should come out and who you should come out to.
-Trying to find a boyfriend/girlfriend/otherwise.
-Transitioning Genders
I know they are MANY more struggles with being an LGBT teen, but I couldn't list them all. Feel free to re-blog and add some more on.
