Yeah I was rash. If I am altering I will either try a lower dose or just not do anything. It’s not just Nano, it’s everything else. But I’m probably in a bad period now so I won’t do anything without talking to the professionals. Tomorrow I will start a stay at the mental hospital for a while (1-2 weeks), so it’s up to them what they think I should do.

....not a good doctor
I’m kicking myself for not switching earlier, but I was hoping she would get better. Maybe I was just really “too sensitive because the social anxiety” as she put it. But I’ve had enough now. Especially since I’ve been trying out three different meds in three months without having any kind of support other than her. The lady who just said “uh huh, that’s weird” when I said I hallucinate and sleep horribly. The lady who wasn’t sure if Prozac was a SSRI and had to look it up. So yeah.
