Since it is just the one I can still go about my daily life more or less re-learning to do things, accepting new limitations, recognising the sharpening of my other senses, praying to retain my sight, that the other eye won’t mysteriously go blind aswell though the doctor said it is a possibility .
Enjoying seeing my kids faces, trying to be strong, needing to be strong, fighting nausea, clingy to anything childlike or rock shaped lest I be carried away into the atmosphere of my despair.
