Already in mourning for the eminent demolition of 1001 North Roxbury Drive in Beverly Hills. Yes I tied the black ribbons on the pole. A small gesture of remembrance on my part after fighting with all I had to save this house! For those of you who know… you know! The fencing went up today and the sign was posted. This house should never have been purchased by someone who just wanted the land!!! This house should have been landmarked!!! It met all the criteria yet somehow the ordinance was interpreted in a way that made it not eligible by the powers that be. Shame on those who decided to allow it to be demolished!!! You have forever changed the landscape of Roxbury Drive and in doing so have forever changed Beverly Hills!!!
