Tanith Lavellan doesn't really give a crap about her Dalish heritage. She has a lot of fraternal love for her family and her clan but thinks that the whole ideology of isolationism they foster is outdated and even selfish.
Loreley thinks pretty similarly about the isolationism, though she does care a great deal about her Dalish heritage. Don't get me wrong, she's not about to go out embracing the humans, but she would like to see the Dalish become more welcoming to the city elves and not be so quick to put them down or reject them from even being elves.
