Something possessed me last night so here is an only-slightly-inaccurate study of my bedroom and its inhabitants

#it’s been hot at night lately and my Casio is nice and cool so I’ve been using it as a body pillow #but the intimacy of the act isn’t lost on me and I thought it would be nice to immortalise it #I couldn’t fit my whole CRT collection in the drawing without the composition getting kind of weird #I feel kind of brave posting this bc it feels very personal even though it’s kinda just a normal scene of my room #the idea hit me around midnight and I worked on it until there was only an hour of time for me to sleep before work but it was worth it #trying this kind of lineless style was a fun experiment #I was kind of just lying there recently like this and thought how nice it is that I never feel alone in my room #my pc glows a little with breathing-pattern lights even when it’s shut down so it feels quietly alive #and my CRTs in the corner have a kind of watchful presence which I’ve always found very comforting #growing up I’ve never been without a CRT in my room #lore draws #technology #objectum #crt tv #computers #techum

I finally completed my courier's ref sheet!! I've posted drawings of her a few times before but she's really come a long way since I booted up fnv for the first time and made her in 2019 <3

#this is lowkey one of the best things ive ever drawn. feel free to look really closely at her jeans bc im very proud of the texture details #edit: actually it looks like tumblr has lowered the quality a fair bit. oh well!#the boots i am also very proud of. i used my own cowboy boots and spurs as reference and it was a fun study #i have spent probably around 50 hours on this over the last 8 months #also if anyone ever wants to know more about her for whatever reason i could talk abt her forever so like. ask and ye shall receive #i have been brewing her lore in my mind for 6 years and she is probably my most cherished oc of all time #and now i wanna buy commissions of her and draw more art of her. i love refsheets. i have drawn like 5 ref sheets ever but it's fun #i wanna finish other wips of her so badly now.. i have like 10 billion sketches and even a few fics in the works but it's slow going #i also wanna make an outfit reference for her with her different looks...... and a timeline of how she's changed over time too #btw veronica is only greyed out bc this was my first ever run of fnv and i didnt find her until id already blown up the BOS bunker #so she really did not want to be friends. understandably.
