Since I know you have several AUs, I had to ask, but feel free to ignore that one if none come to mind.
14. An au you’d like to explore someday?
18. What’s one big cultural difference between giants and tinies in your character’s world?
(For any story you feel like)

...any where I actually finish writing things I want to go back to cyberfae, which is essentially abandoned. I think the transhumanism in cyberpunk could make an interesting mesh with g/t - you pretend to be human in the Metamatrixverse because you want to be human and the human you're telling this to laughs because she's not even sure that she's human anymore? and there's fun aesthetics if it had to be something new, maybe switch val and phoebe's roles? phoebe would absolutely have puzzled out little bits about magic and how it works before it starts going wild and dragging a random human into her business, so I'd get a very different story on the same premise.

Hmm, I'm going to go with something kind of inconsequential becuse I was just thinking about it, but gift-giving etiquette is different for most smallfolk/borrowers. Gifts are supposed to be appreciated so shouldn’t be accepted unless they’re actually wanted. It’s incredibly rude to take a gift then shove it in the back of a drawer somewhere or even save it for sentimental reasons. Presumably the giver had to work hard to get the gift and wasting it by letting it go unused is way worse than merely suggesting they have bad taste. It’s generally expected that, if possible, gifts should be tried out or tasted while the giver is still present. If a gift isn’t wanted, it’s best to thank the giver and express plans to regift it (which allows the giver to save face and pretend that was their intention and potentially plan to get the receiver something else) and it's acceptable to simply thank them and give it back.
(ask game)
previous tags are why changelings are supposed to get called back to Faery in one way or another when they reach maturity. their magic starts building up to the point that it’ll act out randomly when it goes unused and the changeling will create dumb feedback loops based on coincidences that become triggers. these can get pretty well-ingrained and hard to break even once they know it’s their own magic
or they’re deliberately left behind for Chaos purposes, but changelings are usually made to reincarnate a loved one so chaos is usually not the priority
So.
Remember how Nitocris may or may not be Nitocris of Babylon? You've got those whole lines in the mats about Darius "mistaking" her for that Nitocris, which is easily shrugged off since he's an insane berserker...
...Except.
Gilgamesh also seems to think she's Nitocris of Babylon, looking at her like a thief because Nitocris of Babylon, in Fate, is directly responsible for the key, gate, and the entire Treasure House of Babylon being lost to mankind, having hidden the gate and taken the key with her to her tomb.
Yeah, gate as in, Gate of Babylon. That gate.
Nitocris of Babylon's tomb was always empty, no one was ever entombed in it, and it was mostly just meant to waylay would be invaders... Nitocris, Pharaoh of Egypt, has no tomb, perished in a fire of her own making, and took her possessions with her.
Not to mention, some sources claim Nitocris of Babylon was an Egyptian princess.
Since it's Fate, it's pretty easy to assume Herodotus split the stories in two and made one queen two separate characters (hell, it wouldn't be the first time he pulled some shit like that).
So after a LOT of research and piecing some crap together, Nitocris, assuming she's Nitocris of Babylon, was likely married to an Akkadian emperor, since they were in control of Mesopotamia at the time... More than likely it was Shar-Kali-Sharri (I think that's the right name...), The successor to Naram-sin, grandson of Sargon of Akkad (not the YouTuber, the important one).
A LOT of rulers in that part of the world claimed to be descended from Gilgamesh, or one of the gods he was related to. Nitocris effectively married into that family, and had children apparently...
... What does any of this matter, you ask?
Gilgamesh and Nitocris's negative relationship could very easily be summarized as the usual "SHE STOLE MY HAIRBRUSH" type of family drama characteristic of semi Divine families (and regular families, to a different extent.)
Thank you for coming to my Ted talk and tune in next time for when I explain how Ishtar is Nitocris's mother and Ozy's sort of niece.
I probably settle Abel at the edge between shadow and light. Now who wants to run into a crying shape shifting monster, that is actually a huge sweet-heart but just really really scared of himself. <u<.

Hm, considering the updates in my lore I happened to think about Shadar... I might replace him for the third time, bc after the colour update his underbelly bothers me.. Lore-wise I might change him to be a centaur ambassador, he could also shapeshift into one and possibly uses that form more than his dragon form (since imps are quite big and akward in small spaces). And maybe peoole wont be so scared of him when he is in that form. He still does warlord things if needed but mostly retires from battle. A chill centaur granpa
Well I guess lore things happened, I should write a summary of things bc I am too lazy to properly finish anything ghhh
So yea things have changed somewhat in Wind Woods Clan, bios need to be rewritten and all that but. Yeash, changes!
