Also just my own personal hc but I think the reason Mizi slapped Sua when she took away her cigarette is bc she felt like the last tiny bit of agency she had over herself and her body was being taken away. As an idol, she was turned into a sex symbol, her body put on display to sell whatever product she’s advertising that day, she has to keep her body fit and healthy and, most importantly, “attractive” (particularly to men). She hardly has any control over what happens to her body, so even though she knows smoking is bad for her, it’s the only thing that makes her feel like she has control of her body again. Even if it’s harmful. Maybe even because it’s harmful, knowing she could lose her career as an idol over it. So when Sua takes it from her, it doesn’t feel like it’s done out of care, but it just feels like another person trying to control her.
