It had been several weeks since the shark and 'god's' brutal fight. Due to shark's miraculously fast healing, any cuts or bruises were cleared from the great white's skin.

But why had Xibalba threatened to kill Bruce's friends if he wasn't going to? It wasn't even meant as a joke; the stranger creature seemed completely deliberate in his words, that is, until Xibalba told that shark that he couldn't intervene until a creature's time of death.

So why even fight? Was the 'god' simply looking to pull the shark's tail? He did more than than, though. But even as the great white's aggression rose, Xibalba did not back down...

Just the thought of the creature made the shark's skin itch and his tail flicked in irritation.
