I had plans with my mans one day during the summer, and I was bullshitting getting ready, gonna keep it a Buckle... Whole time I genuinely wasnt even dressed I'm deadass playing Destiny, mid crucible match in my sweats, feet up, durag knotted, my worst me could have taken a nap. He hit me up like "yo I'm omw I'll be there in 5 be ready".
With complete confidence but totally pitiful initiative, I hit him with a:

I'm proud of myself
I've struggled with frustrating anxiety in numbers being in increments of 5 for almost my entire life, whether by volume, food, or washing my hands. Now I'm happy to say that, through developing a more sobering approach to the moments, the shit doesn't worry me anymore.
I just put the volume on my TV to 12, I'm not worried bout nothin.
