I know blogging negative stuff is my specialty, but I figured I would hit you all w a few positives - I’m doing really well w my diet and exercise! I decided to stop obsessively weighing myself every day because that wasn’t doing any good on my mental health, and it’s been helping a lot. I kept obsessing over losing 10 lbs, but it’s way cooler to see my body’s progress than to stress about the scale. - I’m doing well in classes. This never feels like a big deal ‘cause it always just seems like something I have to do, like a job. But I think sometimes I forget to give myself credit. I’m also already on my third week of classes out of ten, and the closer I get to ending this quarter, the closer I am to an entire summer class-free! - I’m trying to be more pro-active about my issues. An example of this being that lately I’ve been really, super lonely. So I called some ppl who love me, which helped so much. I also reached out to people and now have 3 sets of plans already this week (not including my weekly visit to my bf’s)
