I have a little advice on what to eat and what not to eat while your pregnant. On what NOT to eat, have no alcohol of any kind, eggs, sushi, a wide variety of fish, and unpasteurized juice. It's a good idea to eat Fresh Produce, Cooked Deli Meat and Soft Cheeses. Good luck, Faith. You'll need it.
