i'm not super sure how this works, but could we have something for “I think I loved you long before I knew what love was.” please?
Love, a concept that has always been challenging for me, now brings a profound ache to my heart whenever I think of you. It’s an overwhelming sensation, both suffocating and enticing. The lingering longing licks at the back of my mind and makes me weak. It’s undeniable that I loved you even before I understood the concept of love itself. The feeling, the definition. Although this newfound understanding of love is new, I know it’s the only time I’ve truly experienced it- and that’s with you. The image of you basking in the sun, your eyes brightened with the warm glow, fills me with a desire to lose myself, as much as my aching heart allows. Despite the intensity of this love, it remains a foreign concept to me. Love is defined as “a profound and intense feeling of deep affection, emotional attachment, and care for another person,” and I understand the definition. Every emotion I feel aligns with it. However, this feeling has always been there, deep within me. I’m still learning and understanding it, but I know I’ve felt this long before I recognized it as love. Without a doubt, I need you more than I need oxygen. This is an intense and fiery love, passionate and deeply obsessive. It’s you; it always has been.
