Long Point Lighthouse in Twillingate, NL
The recent tremor on January 1st wasn’t the first earthquake for this lighthouse. It was fortified with a 30cm casing of concrete after suffering earthquake damage in 1929.
It’s a nice reminder of how this rugged coast endures everything nature throws its way.
