Onion Dehydration Time ⠀ I had a bag of onions that I needed to use quickly. Here's an easy way to make your own onion powder. I sliced up 4 trays worth and put them in the dehydrator @ 140 degree. Yes, skin and all! Once they have dried, I'll pulverize them down to a powder. It takes 4-6 hours for the herbs to dry. ⠀ 🌱Hang Herbs to Dry🌱 1. Take several branches of herbs and wrap a rubber band, string or tie around the stems. 2. Hang upside down by the stem in a cool dry area. 3. It takes about 1-2 weeks for the herbs to dry. ⠀ 🌱How to Store Dried Herbs🌱 1.
