MCU logyn headcanons?
Loki
Loki has dreams of Sigyn, as we know from MoM that people have dreams of their alternate lives. He has sweet dreams of the timelines where he's kind and loving to Sigyn, and terrible nightmares where he's awful to her. (THANKS MARVEL YOU'RE FEEDING HIS TRAUMA, DAMN IT)
So Sigyn is his Dream!Girl, quite litteraly. He thinks she's just a dream, or maybe his Valkyrie, who will come pick him up when his time is due.
He sometimes looks for her in crowds, and dresses most elegantly IN HOPE that someday he might meet her. But that never happens.
After Thor I, he's happy he never met her, because who could love some Jotun beast, eh? (SHE WOULD)
However, he still has a temple dedicated to Victory built during his time as Odin, in the shape of the curious headpiece she wears in his dreams. Of course, it's standing right next to his theatre. So like that, they are reunited IN ART, if not in real life.
At the end of season 2, when he's in the tree, he realizes she was real, just in some erased timelines... but they can never be together.
Sigyn
She existed in timelines BEFORE Kang took over. But Kang needed a lonely, more unhinged Loki, so he had to break them up. He realized he could manipulate Loki's mind but not Sigyn's, as in his first drafts of timelines, he could make Loki hate Sigyn, but Sigyn- because of her seeress powers - still remembered he was supposed to love her (as he used to in the past timelines). That created quite a few tragic Sigyn variants, who loved Loki deeply and tried to make him remember, but only got humiliated and hated in return. Still, because Sigyn would not leave Loki's side, Kang could not manipulate and isolate Loki enough to get what he wanted. So, in the end, and because he (sort of) felt bad for Sigyn (though her stubborness annoyed him), he decided to erase her completely.
In the past timelines, Freyja had been the one to survive Hela's destruction of the Valkyries. She got PTSD from it, but still got to become Queen of Vanaheim, marry, and have her daughter, Sigyn. In Kang's new timelines, it was Freyja's lover, Brunnhilde, who got to survive and witness her girlfriend's death - which had on her the consequences we saw in Ragnarok (yes, the blonde Valkyrie who dies at the beginning of the movie was Freyja... which means no Sigyn as her mom died before having her... ^^').
