So last year I bought an iPad Pro, or maybe it was two years ago. Well the iPad is the most awesome device I’ve ever had. It is the 12.9 inch model. It has 1 tb of storage which is an excessive amount of storage. I really didn’t understand how much storage that would be a device as trivial as an iPad. The iPad Pro is also cellular as well. So two things in my use case were unnecessary. The first thing is obviously the storage, there was no way i needed that much storage. Even now after looking at the available storage I have only used like 50gb of storage. So i spent way too much money buying a device that had that much storage which probably made the device twice as expensive. The next thing was the data plan. The reason why it’s unnecessary in my use case is that I can’t think of a need for it. The only time I would actually use the data plan was when I was at a restaurant eating my food and watching YouTube videos. I think I did this 3-4 times, hardly worth the extra $400 I probably spent just to get the technology. Sometimes I would take my iPad to the gym and watch YouTube videos while I was on the treadmill. This was kind of cool but then when I went to go work out and do other weight lifting machines it was kind of weird carrying around a huge iPad. I bought two different cases for the iPad, I bought the apple magic keyboard which is great but it doesn’t protect the iPad very well because the sides of the iPad is exposed. The second case I bought was the Logitech touch keyboard case. At first I bought the sand case which i made a mistake with because this case is so light that it is easily stained which is bad. So I ended up selling the case and buying a oxford grey version of the same case. The later case has been excellent. The only thing is that I think I like the apple magic keyboard keys better than I like the Logitech keyboard. The keys just have a really nice feel to them. So I really like typing on it. I have kept the iPad with both cases which was really a luxury for me. Honestly with how little I use the iPad and both cases I have to admit that I am quite spoiled to be able to have such a nice iPad with two nice cases. The only thing is that apple just came out with a new 12.9 IPad Pro that has 5G capability which is something that I would really like to have. But the 5G technology isn’t there yet and I have to admit I really know that it isn’t. Even on my iPhone 12 Pro that has 5G technology it isn’t the best sometimes. So for such an expensive iPhone it sucks that it doesn’t have real true 5G capability. Anyways that’s about all I have to say. Thanks for reading.
