i had another deficit of over 1000 but i also ate over 1000 and it’s getting ridiculous. tomorrow i have sigificantly less physically to do so i’m going to not eat until after or before history and stay below 800 as a max. so happy to be losing weight again. each time i start at a lower weight i gain less back each lapse in control and that’s good i just need to be dedicated this time. no more fluctuations up just down.
