First work out of the New Year with my girl @zandra99. Whooped my a** yet again but feeling great! 2.5 miles on the tread; 103 cals on the row machine (partner workout) and 10 burpees (several times each...lost count) and TRX ropes. Then she had me try my upper body strength with pull ups on the bars. Best I could do was hold myself up for 25s before letting go.
