Indulge in the exquisite taste of a whole lobster cooked to perfection and served with a flavorful garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients: 1 whole lobster approximately 1.5-2 pounds. 4 tablespoons butter, melted. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Add salt to a large pot and bring it to a full boil. Add the live lobster slowly to the boiling water and cover the pot. Bring to a boil and cook the lobster for 10 to 12 minutes, or until it turns bright red and is done. For the dipping sauce, melt the butter and add the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix this together in a small bowl while the lobster is cooking. When the lobster is done, take it out of the pot carefully and let it cool down a bit. Cut the lobster down the middle lengthwise with kitchen shears or a sharp knife. Take out the tail's digestive tract the dark vein and throw it away. Put the lobster halves on a platter and drizzle them with the garlic butter sauce. Top with fresh parsley. Have fun with your delicious whole lobster meal!
