01.20.16 The DiMenna Center for  Classical Music in Manhattan hosted The Anti-Inaugural Ball to benefit many worthy organizations such as the ACLU and Planned Parenthood. I caught Stephen Beck playing some Milton Babbitt pieces, flute duo Flutronix and Darius Jones on solo saxophone. So Percussion played an excerpt of a John Luther Adams piece for four hand-cranked sirens, in the four corners of the room, heralding our new United State of Emergency. Also on the bill were Jack Quartet, Ethel. Loadbang and several others.

(왜 그래프 기울기가 상승하면 frequency가 떨어지는지는 종이에 사인곡선 하나 그려놓고, 그 녀석을 특정 시간뒤에 똑같이 따라그리는 미션이 주어졌다 생각하자. 한점을 그리고, 다음점을 그리려는데 딜레이 시간이 늘어났다면 원래 찍어야할 원본그래프의 점보다 살짝 왼쪽에 위치한 점을 찍어야한다. 즉 기울기가완만해진다. 당연히 주파수도 떨어진다. - 머릿속에서 정리한 사실을 글로 정리하려니까 되게 어렵다…-)
