Interesting, there's an eye symbol on the train, which is also on a toy train. Its not uncommon to see eye symbols which represent living structures on common items, but to see such a symbol on the train...could the train itself be alive?
For example, here are the eye symbols representing the Tower and the Maw, both living structures of their own.
A reminder. For years theorists and I have theorized the more uniquely designed eyes represented sentient flesh eyes who wielded greater power, additionally leading us to theorize there is a form of hierarchy among the eyes, with the Nowhere itself being at the top.
