Just because you cross paths with someone doesn't mean your paths are headed in the same direction and sometimes, forever has an end. It's never easy when 2 people who once loved each other grow apart, but it happens, and that's OK. Sometimes they don't meet each other's expectations, and that's OK. Sometimes they don't help fulfill each other's goals in life, and that's OK. Sometimes they come to a dead end, where things never seem to go any further, and that's OK. Sometimes they just grow up into different people than they used to be, and that's OK. What's not OK is to stay in an unhappy, unhealthy, dead end relationship out of convenience or out of fear of being alone. Everyone deserves to be happy, and the longer you allow yourself to be unhappy the less time you'll spend on earth being HAPPY. How do you want to be remembered when you're gone? As the person who was always down and did nothing good for themselves but did everything for their significant other or as the person who lived all of their dreams? Don't ever let anyone shame you for setting goals and having expectations for yourself and your life. The one who deserves you is the one who will meet you half way and walk hand in hand down your path, not force you down theirs or leave you to walk a cold dark path alone. If you feel unhappy, like nothing will ever change, or that you've spent enough time waiting for things to happen that may never come, then stop wasting your time and begin to move on. You are in control of your life and if there is something you want, go for it, even if it means leaving the person you love behind because If all you are is miserable, everyone and everything around you will be also. Everyone NEEDS happiness to SPREAD happiness. Find what it is that you want and make it happen, by any means necessary. No I'm NOT saying we're on bad terms because we are not, I love Ringo so very much and he loves me...just right now, in this moment, the fighting outweighs the happiness and NEITHER of us deserve to be deprived of our happiness, sanity, or peace of mind. I love you Ringo, you're my very best friend and I'm so glad that you are such a huge part of my life. I will forever be grateful to you and your whole family♥️
