Livedrawing (with @shmooy!!!) from 2024.01.14:
We all took turns drawing each other for at first 30 seconds, then 5 mins and later 10 mins.
These are only mostly in order, but I did label the poses that were 5/10 minutes, and everything else should be 30 second poses. It's funny, at the time I really didn't like any of these sketches but now with the distance of time I can properly look at these. I have an issue with leg and torso length that leaves models shorter than they actually are (although I can say the drawing angle influenced that somewhat) and to accommodate that I should draw legs longer.
At the same time, some of these are more dynamic than I thought at the time. Some of these I am very proud of :D I was able to capture energy and poise that I didn't appreciate at the time.
Also while I like drawing in pen, capturing the right light is better done in pencil and I should've brought a black pad (rectified in the next drawing session!). And next time I want to bring some charcoal or pastels because I think with some warmup I can do something decent with them :)
