Day 9 of learning Blender:

Today we have made my own character LittleHigh! I restarted this file like 3 times and theres so many things that are the way they are because i had no idea how to make it differently. Also theres a few errors in the texture paint that happened because i reused something from a failed attempt i shouldn’t have.

Im not sure how much i learned versus how much i just successfully followed from a tutorial, but thats the first step right? Next im gonna try and rig it and see if everything lights on fire.

I think i’ll make it a tradition, every time im trying to learn something new, i’ll use LittleHigh!

Thats how he originated after all!

Just animated my first thing ever!! Wow its so much work and really confusing, but there is something to be learned here!

It took all day but here is my second animation ever! Now introducing LittleHigh's best friend in the whole world, LittleLow! I included a silhouette of LittleHigh for reference, but these guys are off to take Little Cove by storm!

As I'm working on animating these characters I develop more and more of the story of Little Cove, and I'm completely attached at this point.

My third animation, featuring LittleLess! LittleLess is the smallest of the main group of cats, her best friend in the whole world is LittleMo'! I'll be honest, got a little too ambitious and followed skipping tutorial more complicated then I could handle. Required more inbetweens than i was willing to do because i was being lazy. Shoulda just taken more time and done it! I'll save the project file in case I buckle down and put the time in this character deserves.
