The bisexual baiting - lack of John possibly being bisexual in the first 20 minutes of the show.

Interested that they were basically referring to "The Giant Rat of Sumatra" for the entire episode. (Bomb was on Sumatra Road, Sherlock was watching his "rats", that parliament guy was the "biggest rat".  So, very unique take actually. 

The bad guy at the end. Really? HOW? Moriarty is dead and he was ...well, basically the big baddie. So my coins go on Moran. (Col. Seb.) turning out not to be like the fans are speculating, but something else entirely because he focused on John and that military thing at the beginning. (Although I suppose that could've been related to the Russian thing) But still. Baddie is unimpressive.
