Dried fruit to taste: III parts

For this one, I decided to make the blend with the intention for being an ice tea, so, I thought a mostly fruity taste would suit better. I picked orange, mango and pinneaple for a fresh and tropical taste, but you can pick whatever you like.

Litha/Misummer/Summer Solstice Tea!

Its a bit late but when is it really the wrong time to make a delicious summery tea blend?

This recipe was built on what I wanted to bring to my life based on my own current circumstances, so if you feel that this blend will not work for you or isn't what you need, feel free to not make it or make it anyways and enjoy cuz at the end of the day, it can be just tea.

Ingredients

it's fairly simple

I had chamomile as my base tea, to bring a calmness to myself and the world around me, the suns energy is passing and the world around us is changing and it's nice to just have something to calm and ground us in this busy world.

I also had Red tea or redblush tea as the base but only for the colour, mixed with the chamomile it creates this beautiful orange colour.

Fennel, specifically sweet fennel, for protection, to help deflect any negative energies .

And lastly dried orange peel, it's not litha without a bit off citrus! The orange is there to represent the bringing of good fortune for the days to come. And also a reminder that the sun's energy is always there, even in our tea :)

I mostly have this mix in the morning as I do my morning rituals, to help set everything in motion for the day.
