So uh. This is actually as far as my "script" has gone (script as in written dialogue. Ofc i have other stuff planned, and know where this chapter is going.) Basically this means not only do I still have pages to make after this, but I also have to actually write the rest of the dialogue out too :/ I won't be updating again anytime soon because of that, but also because my uni is so demanding it's crazy.. Haven't had time for like any passion projects :(
I also have some news on how updates will happen going forwards. I'm gonna address it in a separate post to explain exactly why I'm changing my update schedule, but good news is you guys won't have to wait months just for 2 page updates anymore! (Because I will be doing massive page drops maybe twice a year. 10-20 pages)

If you're wondering about chapter 1 specifically, I intend to finish it up in the next post, or maybe the post after. Not much more to go. It is unlikely this chapter will be finished before the end of 2024 though because I have a lot of stuff to catch up on, and art burnout from uni is killing me... Thank you all for being patient :) I know it's really frustrating waiting months and months for poorly paced dialogue aksdakjls I'm sick of this scene too!!

Whew finally done! Sorry for the wait guys!! I been rlly busy with uni so I don't have much freetime for this project... Going forwards expect some drops in quality and some changes to the artstyle... But aside from all of that, I'm hoping to update a liiiittle more consistently >:)
Honestly it feels like its been way longer since I last updated... "I wanna update more consistently!" she said... mhm suureee... Anywho yeah uni is kicking my ass so I will not be updating consistently :( but I'm glad I was able to get to updating this eventually!!! It's a lil rushed but I had fun making it :)
Do I have a good excuse for not posting for like 4 months? I am not gonna lie, nope... I uh. Really lost motivation, I'm fr sorry guys. This absolutely WILL happen again, and I totally get it if I lose a few people along the way..!

Ok so first of all, you all might notice the change in text bubbles! That's because I got sick of trying to draw a shouting bubble (Idk why it's so hardddd)... And decided to swap to a free resource with some templates. Ik it's kinda unoriginal, but it should make the comic look a little more consistent and nice! Credit to the original artist will be added to all of these posts!
I will also be doing 2 panel posts from now on. It's just more manageable for me, and I find I usually lose interest in drawing after finishing panel 2... So I'm hoping it'll keep me motivated :)

I'm considering simplifying the colouring for future pages... But idk, cus I rlly like this colouring style. It's unfortunate, but I MAY simplify the colours for future pages just to increase productivity and get stuff out quicker!

Yeah tbh that Buddy reaction was kinda outa nowhere, I could've written it better... But hey!!! Atleast I got the chapter out on time :DDD I reused the blue, orange and red color pallet in the middle panel again from the last post (Idk why it looks so cool)

I AM FINALLY DONE!!! I made 5 of these in one sitting just now and I am so tired.... Now for a short hiatus with some minor updates! If all goes as planned I'll only need a one month break, so (hopefully) see you all in a month with chapter 1!
