Slightly late to the #marchmeetthemaker party, but I hope to try and keep up more or less. So, how did I start... I used to draw as long as I remember since childhood and most of school, and even had the typical artistic kid dreams of professions, however I was discouraged from those and since I equally had mathematical abilities, ended up going into more of an engineering role and throughout the high school and university years ended up stalling more and more in my creative growth.😞 I ended up with a severe case of an artist's block and struggled to do any art for ages since uni. The thing that got me out of it, was coming across an international movement called #urbansketchers.📗 It gave me a starting point, the subject, the freedom to simply enjoy the process and a reason to get out and draw. ✏️ With practice I was getting better steadily and eventually started venturing off into other subjects and themes. The one thing I always stayed loyal to was sketching and watercolours. #urbansketch #urbansketching #sketch #artgraf #liquidgraphite (at Turnham Green) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bug_C8qgetr/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=u3wi6l7vz70v
