but - like - iāve talked about this on my personal a bit and iāll probably see if i can find that post and reblog it here for yāallās reference - but miss lint has a constant charge.Ā and sheās not grounded.Ā thereās a lot of ways that can go really really badly.Ā and because itās not grounded she doesnāt have exact control of it. which may be what the gloves are for in that flashback - we donāt see her wearing gloves at any other time during the series (that i can remember), and her hands are typically where her lightning comes from (although we also see her send jolts through her boots when she breaks derekās bike and through her chest when she reflects the taserās energy back at it). but gloves as a neutralizer to help her control her power like elsa uses gloves in frozenĀ to help her control herĀ power only a little less effective maybe.
