POV they ask you to write a story line in your criminal justice class so you just end up writing formula one fanfiction
And George is the police officer πππ
This is genuinely the funniest thing i have ever written no joke (also this is set in Jersey City New Jersey for no reason in particular. Idk I thought it would be funny)

April 21, 2025, was a normal day in the Polish bank located on Union Avenue, Jersey City. The day was going smoothly for the bank teller; it was a slow day, just how he liked it. Well, at least that was how it was going until a man dressed in all black walked into the bank, waving around a gun, screaming about needing money to fix regulations? It didn't make any sense. Bank teller Piastri just stood there, frozen in fear. Yeah, sure, heβd had training for this when the bank first gave him the job, but it didn't really stick when he was actually in the situation.
βPut all the money in the bag, NOW!!!β the robber demanded, gun still aiming straight for bank teller's head.
Β βNo funny business,β the robber added menacingly.
βYeah, sure, ok, no problemβ¦.β the bank teller spat out nervously; he could feel the sweat dripping down from his hands down onto a red button, which looked suspiciously familiar. Wait, that was the button from the training video, the button that would alert the police to situations that might be happening. The bank teller was saved! He knew that the robber in front of him was distracted, it was pretty noticeable, actually. He kept looking behind him like he was waiting for something. Taking advantage of the robber's distractedness, the bank teller slowly pressed the button all the way down. Now we wait. The bank teller thought as he slowly opened the cash register and started shoving wads of cash into the man's bag. He wasn't really sure if it had worked or if the police were actually on their way, so it was better to just shut up and comply.
Just as the last bundle of cash fell into the bag, someone burst through the bank doors.
βDrop the weapon and put your hands up!β a familiar voice echoed through the whole area. It was familiar, but bank teller Piastri didn't take his eyes off the register, now empty. The robber didn't move either; he just stood there, bag and gun still in hand, lowered down to his sides.
βI SAID HANDS UP!β the police officer said again, louder now.
With a dramatic sigh, the robber dropped everything and put his hands up into the air.
The bank teller finally allowed himself to look up to see who his knight and shining armor was. To his surprise, it was Officer Russell, they had run into eachother at his past job. The bank teller wouldn't say he knew him that well, but they would strike up a conversation whenever they ran into each other.Β
The bank teller looked back at the robber, who had now positioned himself to look at Officer Russell, a blank expression on his face. It's not what the bank teller had expected, maybe some panic, anger? But none of that was present; the robber was completely calm, a small, barely noticeable grin forming on his face.Β
That guy was a real psycho, the bank teller thought as he backed further away from the counter.
