3 Principles and 4 Pillars of NLP
Foundation of NLP is based on 3 Principles:
1. Cause and Effect – Each of us have this inherent tendency of identifying with External sources as the major Cause of our problems. NLP helps to understand and look within.
2.Perception is Projection – The way we Perceive the outside world, is the way we will Project it from within. NLP helps to understand the principles of Perception.
3. Respect for Values – We should take Responsibility of the way we want our life to function. No one can run our lives for us.
These Principles are further supported by 4 Pillars:
1. Flexibility – The most flexible element in the system can control that system.
2. Outcome – Root cause of success is to have definitive Goal.
3. Rapport – Good rapport with self or others help solve 90% of problems.
4. Sensory Acuity – There is no substitute for a clear, open sensory channels. Sharp sensory acuity results in good communication.
